Customer service is absolutely nasty. My building is completely shut down of water. I try to get a completion timeframe to fix mainline issues on my building I couldn’t get that. Customer services can’t provide any information just hand out the phone in customers. If you want to close a company this is the perfect way.

Terrible Plumbing company experience. I had a small leak in my attic. Moody's came by and gave me an estimate for almost $1,000 because the repair was going to be extensive. It took them 15 minutes to perform the repair and I was on the hook for almost $1,000

Don't use this company. Your better off calling a locally KNOWN company. These people come out for $85 and then find every single thing in the book to try and upcharge for. Unprofessional. Only reason I know this is because I have a friend who used to be employed by them. Was always told to MAKE SURE YOU UPCHARGE MAKE SURE YOUR MAKING THE MOST OF THE TRIP. Tim? The owner I believe very rude & outspoken. Only in it for the money thats forsure. Treats employees like trash and uses them just to make the company the most amount of money.

I wouldn’t recommend using this company. My husband repeatedly ask the workers do I need to move any plants or anything in our landscaping so no damages would occur. They said no. The damaged multiple plants and damaged one of our wired landscaping lights and made a mess. Piled landscaping rocks on top of plants. I had my HOA submit receipts for replacement and they refused to pay for it. If I could give them no stars I would.

Live in an apartment complex. Had a water leak in the building. Moody Plumbing was contracted to do the work. Marc and Victor were quick, thorough, polite and professional. Great experience! Thanks guys for making the problem go away quickly!

Called them for an emergency and thankfully, they were able to get someone out pretty quickly. Milton and Jay came to the house on time, called me a half an hour before and once they took a look at what was going on, presented me with an estimate before they even started to work, so there were no surprises. they were super professional, showing me everything that was going on and what was needed to be done. They did the work fairly quickly, everything looked great and went as expected. I was able to turn my water back on really quickly. Having two teenagers at home for the summer with no water is no fun. I would highly recommend this company and especially Milton and Jay for any plumbing work

I had a broken PVC pipe in the wall of the 2nd floor bathroom feeding the commode. I was quoted $85 over the phone to roll the truck for a diagnosis and estimate for repairs. I was out of town when the repairmen arrived and my daughter showed them the broken pipe in the wall which I had cut the drywall and exposed prior to their arrival. No prices were discussed prior to the repair. My daughter assumed that I was already aware of the charges. The technician stated he had the parts on the truck and made the repairs. Total time for repairs = 1 hr. Total time on premise 1 hr. 35 minutes. Material used for repairs: (1) 90 degree 3/8" PVC elbow, 8" X 3/8" PVC pipe, (1) water stop valve, (1) 1/2" Threaded x 3/8" PVC coupling, (1) 10" x 3/8" section water line, (1) connector to flush valve in tank. Upon completion of the repair, the repairman submitted the invoice to my daughter for payment for $425.00 and asked her to sign the invoice in (3) places; (1) Authorization to proceed with Diagnosis, (2) Authorization to Proceed with Work, and (3) Acceptance of work performed. ****Note: Charges not listed anywhere on bill except Total. I would NEVER have authorized the repairs had I known the cost in advance, and my daughter had no idea how much the repair should have costed. MOODY PLUMBING took advantage of my daughter and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy, for plumbing services.

1 star. Plumber came to my house because I called over my toilet being clogged. The Toilet has been this way for about three days. When the plumber came and checked the toilet all he did was tell me it had a weak flush and that the toilet was like that. How would you know what my toilet is like? If I’m saying it’s never flushed like this then it’s never flushed like this. But he just kept saying it had a weak flush, refused to do anything else, and then expected me to pay $85 after doing absolutely nothing. I’ve worked with this company before and never had this issue.
