Customer service is absolutely nasty. My building is completely shut down of water. I try to get a completion timeframe to fix mainline issues on my building I couldn’t get that. Customer services can’t provide any information just hand out the phone in customers. If you want to close a company this is the perfect way.

Terrible Plumbing company experience. I had a small leak in my attic. Moody's came by and gave me an estimate for almost $1,000 because the repair was going to be extensive. It took them 15 minutes to perform the repair and I was on the hook for almost $1,000

Don't use this company. Your better off calling a locally KNOWN company. These people come out for $85 and then find every single thing in the book to try and upcharge for. Unprofessional. Only reason I know this is because I have a friend who used to be employed by them. Was always told to MAKE SURE YOU UPCHARGE MAKE SURE YOUR MAKING THE MOST OF THE TRIP. Tim? The owner I believe very rude & outspoken. Only in it for the money thats forsure. Treats employees like trash and uses them just to make the company the most amount of money.

I wouldn’t recommend using this company. My husband repeatedly ask the workers do I need to move any plants or anything in our landscaping so no damages would occur. They said no. The damaged multiple plants and damaged one of our wired landscaping lights and made a mess. Piled landscaping rocks on top of plants. I had my HOA submit receipts for replacement and they refused to pay for it. If I could give them no stars I would.

Live in an apartment complex. Had a water leak in the building. Moody Plumbing was contracted to do the work. Marc and Victor were quick, thorough, polite and professional. Great experience! Thanks guys for making the problem go away quickly!
